In 2011, Shoron & Moni Khan opened a small restaurant in Northeast Philadelphia which is now well known as Al Sham Restaurant . The restaurant offered wide ranges of freshly made halal food which are Authentic Middle Eastern and American Cuisine. They offered all fresh and homemade based on family recipes. Husband and wife worked in the business alongside each other. They remain an integral part of the business today.

More than 5 years later, Al Sham Restaurant has grown to over more then 6 restaurants and counting throughout the Philadelphia and surrounding Area , serving time honored family recipes using only the freshest ingredients with a sterling commitment to high quality halal food and guest satisfaction.
